PPRC Poster Printing (A0,A1,A2)

PPRC can no longer print posters for SPCS as we no longer have a CAD Plotter for the Design office. (Summer 2022)

A3 printing

If you need an A3 print then you should use the managed MyPrint service and release your job on a larger printer.

QMUL CopyShop Posters

TheCopyShop can print posters including on fabric which might be easier to transport to international conferences. Talk to your supervisor to obtain a budget code (or for private prints you will have to pay yourself).

Good Practice for preparing posters for Print Shops

If you wish to have a Research Poster printed it is good practice to prepare a PDF/A-1 file which has your name and research group in the filename.

Decide what size poster you require. Refer to conference details to see if they have a specific size or maximum size.

Some printers sometimes have problems with "transparancy" so try to avoid this if possible.

Poster Summary

  • PDF/A-1 file
  • Your name and research group in the filename
  • State Size Required (A0,A1,A2,A3 etc)
