Talk to your supervisor to obtain a budget code (or for private prints you will have to pay yourself). For the time being you will be able to continue to order print services by emailing thecopyshop@qmul.ac.uk. When ordering your printing services, please provide the closest location for your item to be delivered to: * Whitechapel Post Room * '''Mile End Post Room''' (most likely for SPCS users) * Charterhouse Square Post Room * Lincoln Inn Field’s Reception |

Good Practice for Preparing Posters for Print Shops
If you wish to have a Research Poster printed it is good practice to prepare a PDF/A-1 file which has your name, date and page-size in the filename.
Decide what page-size poster you require (A0,A1,A2 etc). Refer to conference details to see if they have a specific size or maximum size.
Some printers sometimes have problems with "transparancy" so try to avoid this if possible.
